- High capacity, factory-balanced refrigeration system maintains -10°F (-23.3°C) temperatures; ideal for frozen foods and ice cream.
- State-of-the-art, electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors; ECM motors operate at higher peak efficiencies, move a consistent volume of air, produce less heat, reduce energy consumption, and provide greater motor reliability.
- Bottom-mounted condensing unit positioned for easy maintenance; compressor runs in the coolest and grease-free area of the kitchen, allowing for storage space on top of the unit.
- Automatic defrost system that is time-initiated and temperature-terminated; saves energy and provides the shortest possible defrost cycle.
